Samsung, Intel Ask 9th Circ. To Shield Info In Qualcomm Case

The companies' confidential business details — Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s royalty rates, and the cost of one of Intel Corp.'s key acquisitions — were used amid the FTC's case challenging Qualcomm's decades-long licensing practices as anti-competitive.
