HUD Claims Facebook's Housing Ads Are Discriminatory

Law360 (August 17, 2018, 8:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has hit Facebook Inc. with an administrative complaint that accuses the social media giant of using discriminatory advertising practices to target home buyers, according to New York federal court documents filed Friday in a related lawsuit.
