Judge Axed From Arena Opposition Suit For Signing Petition

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 1:40 PM EST) -- A Sacramento Superior Court judge on Tuesday was disqualified from presiding over a suit aimed at forcing a ballot vote on tax subsidies promised for a $447 million basketball arena project, after it was discovered that he had signed a petition in support of the ballot initiative.
