Walton St. in Chicago from Sam Zell for more than $600,000 a room, the highest-ever per-room price for a Chicago hotel, Crain's Chicago Business reported, citing multiple sources with knowledge of the deal. That price works out to $113 million for the 188-room hotel, where most rooms go for $500 or more per night, according to Crain's....
