By Andrew McIntyre (December 13, 2016, 2:32 PM EST) -- Topgolf is nearing a deal to develop a $23 million golf and entertainment project in South Florida, according to a report Tuesday from South Florida Business Journal. Topgolf is seeking to develop a 15.34-acre site owned by the city of Miami Gardens into a 65,000-square-foot property, and the Miami Gardens City Council will vote on the matter on Dec. 14, the report said. If the deal gains approval, the city will sell the site to Urban Property Holdings for $4.3 million, which will then extend a ground lease to Topgolf, according to the report....
