Political Consultant Wants Fox Commentator's Suit Tossed

Law360 (July 3, 2019, 9:02 PM EDT) -- A political consultant and a company he advised have asked a Texas federal court to dismiss a defamation suit by a former Fox News commentator, saying the commentator did not sufficiently show that the consultant's statements caused him actual harm.
