Royal Caribbean Can't Dismiss Hurricane Harvey Cruise Suit

Law360 (January 7, 2019, 8:05 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge has recommended a Florida federal court deny Royal Caribbean's bid to dismiss a woman's latest complaint in her suit claiming it put passengers at risk by not canceling a cruise as Hurricane Harvey threatened Texas, saying the court has not forbidden her from adding additional plaintiffs.
