Title Insurers Off Hook In Wash. Rate-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (July 21, 2009, 7:08 PM EDT) -- A Washington judge has tossed a putative class action against Fidelity National Financial Inc. and several other title insurers in the latest of a bevy of suits filed in several states claiming the firms were unlawfully permitted to collectively fix rates for customers.
