States Launch Challenge To Trump Auto Emissions Policy

Law360 (September 20, 2019, 1:01 PM EDT) -- California and 22 other states sued the Trump administration in D.C. federal court Friday over its elimination of the Golden State's right to create its own greenhouse gas emission standards for cars and other vehicles, the opening salvo in what will be a long and bitter legal fight.
