Cities Tell High Court Immigrants Belong In Census Count

Law360 (November 20, 2020, 4:32 PM EST) -- Cities and counties in Illinois, Texas and California are urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold an order blocking a Trump administration directive to exclude unauthorized immigrants from the census count for political redistricting, saying a failure to do so would deprive the cities of crucial representation.
