Judge Lets Texas Fund Arbitrate KeyCorp Unit Claims

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 7:15 PM EST) -- A federal judge has paved the way for a Texas pension fund to arbitrate employment, breach of contract and other claims asserted against KeyCorp’s investment management unit instead of having the case proceed as part of multidistrict litigation that accuses the company of channeling $186 million into Madoff feeder funds.
