Giants, Jets Want Contract Claim On Tickets Nixed

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The New York Giants and the New York Jets have teamed up in their bid to boot a breach of implied contract claim in a proposed class action accusing the National Football League franchises of unlawfully requiring season-ticket holders to purchase "personal seat licenses" for games at the teams' new stadium in the Meadowlands.
