Judge Sacks Ex-Rutgers QB's Suit Against EA

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 1:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative class action brought against Electronic Arts Inc. by a former Rutgers University quarterback who accused the company of using his likeness without consent in its college football video games, but left the door open for the plaintiff to amend his right of publicity claim.
