Judge Trims Antitrust Class Action Against Sirius XM

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 3:26 PM EST) -- Sirius XM Radio Inc. has ducked some claims in a proposed antitrust and breach of contract class action over the 2008 merger that created the company, but has failed to trim some plaintiffs and a slew of state consumer protection law claims from the suit.
