Panel Won't Mix Skinny Girl Margarita False Ad Suits

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 8:30 PM EST) -- A federal judicial panel refused Wednesday to centralize proposed class actions from Florida, Illinois and two other states accusing the makers of Jim Beam and a company owned by a former “Real Housewives of New York City” reality star of falsely promoting their margaritas as all natural.
