Hachette, HarperCollins Look To Exit Apple E-Books Suits

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- Hachette Book Group Inc. and HarperCollins Publishers LLC said Wednesday they are negotiating settlements to resolve the Apple Inc. e-books price-fixing lawsuits, potentially ending even consumer class actions as Apple and other publishers prepare to litigate.
