EA Strikes Tentative Deal In Football Video Game Case

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- Electronic Arts Inc. has reached a tentative settlement in an antitrust class action accusing EA of using exclusive agreements to sack competition in the market for football video games and drive up the price of its popular "Madden NFL" game, EA told a California federal court Tuesday.
