Clear Channel Concertgoer Class Certified

Law360 (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the litigation that accuses Clear Channel Communications Inc. of using its dominant market position to drive out competing concert promoters and inflate ticket prices, classes of plaintiffs spanning five regional markets were certified Monday, paving the way for discovery in those bellwether suits.
