Visa, MasterCard Beat ATM Price-Fixing Actions

Law360, Los Angeles (February 13, 2013, 7:11 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday dismissed three consolidated antitrust class actions against Visa Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide over their ATM access fee policies, saying that the plaintiffs did not set forth facts to support any injury that occurred as a result.
