American Home Workers Try To Resume Class Action

Law360 (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Seven former American Home Mortgage Corp. loan officers who have filed a purported class action over unpaid overtime and minimum wages have asked a bankruptcy court to let the case proceed before time runs out for Chapter 11 proof of claims filings.
