Comcast Loses Bid To Ax Flyers Season-Ticket Class Action

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge Monday refused to toss a proposed class action accusing Comcast Spectacor LP, owner of  the Philadelphia Flyers professional hockey team, of misleading season ticket holders by deceptively excluding the outdoor Winter Classic game from ticket packages.
