Calif. Senate Greenlights Tribe's $250M Casino Plan

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The California Senate approved a highly debated gambling compact with a local Native American tribe on Thursday, which paves the way for a new $250 million Class III casino in the middle of the state and a complex set of deals between other local tribes.
