NY, NJ Port Authority Unveils $27.6B Spending Plan

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 6:17 PM EST) -- The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey on Tuesday released a 10-year, $27.6 billion proposed capital plan outlining future infrastructure spending, including $8 billion in upgrades to two of the New York City metro area's major airports.
