SD Gov. Signs Bill For $65M University Stadium

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 7:42 PM EDT) -- South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard signed 25 bills into law Monday, including ones allowing the state's Board of Regents to move ahead with key real estate projects for its universities, such as the construction of a $65 million football stadium at South Dakota State University.

Daugaard signed into law Senate Bill 15, authorizing the South Dakota Building Authority and the state’s Board of Regents to finance, build and equip a football stadium facility at SDSU for a total $65 million.
