Tribe Blasts Mass. Suit Over Martha's Vineyard Gaming Plan

Law360, New York (August 28, 2014, 1:30 PM EDT) -- A Native American tribe pursuing a gambling project in Martha’s Vineyard fired back on Wednesday at the state of Massachusetts’ federal suit alleging the project violates a decades-old agreement between the two governments, saying it's not bound to the accord.
