Jury Hits Kimberly-Clark, Halyard With $454M Fraud Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (April 7, 2017, 10:19 PM EDT) -- A California federal jury found late Friday that Kimberly-Clark Corp. and its spinoff Halyard Health Inc. misled buyers about the impermeability of the companies’ MicroCool surgical gowns, awarding a class of buyers a whopping $454 million in compensatory and punitive damages in the fraud trial.
