9th Circ. Brings Back Bad Faith Claims Over Tribal Casino

Law360, New York (August 7, 2017, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit partly revived a suit by a California tribe and a developer over their failed proposal for a casino in a Bay Area city on Friday, saying a district court shouldn’t have tossed allegations that the city acted in bad faith by secretly lobbying against the project.
