Last May, the Plano, Texas, city council approved a $6.75 million cash grant to encourage Toyota to move its three U.S. headquarters from California and Kentucky to Texas. In exchange for the funds, the company has promised to transfer or create up to 3,650 jobs on the 1 million square feet of land it will use as its new stateside headquarters...
