Law360 (September 16, 2020, 6:08 PM EDT) -- ESJ Capital Partners is seeking to build a hotel on Miami's Watson Island, the South Florida Business Journal reported Wednesday. The company is seeking permission to build a 300-room hotel with restaurant space at the Jungle Island theme park and hopes to build the 11-story building at the northern edge of the park, according to the report.

Opentrons will be operating a COVID-19 testing facility on East 29th St. in Manhattan, the New York Times reported Wednesday. The biotech company is subleasing 30,000 square feet at Alexandria Real Estate Equities' 430 E. 29th St., according to a later report from Commercial Observer. Neither report identified the company from which Opentrons is subleasing the space.

Cars.com Incis seeking to sublease roughly one-third of its 158,000-square-foot Chicago West Loop headquarters, Crain's Chicago Business reported Wednesday. The company is seeking to sublease roughly 52,752 square feet at 300 S. Riverside, which is owned by Third Millennium Group, according to the report.
