Product Liability Cases To Watch In 2019

Law360 (January 1, 2019, 12:03 PM EST) -- Merck's appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court of a Third Circuit decision that revived multidistrict litigation over its alleged failure to warn of a risk of femoral fractures from its osteoporosis drug Fosamax will be one of the most highly watched cases by product liability attorneys in 2019.
