19 AGs Blast 2020 Census Citizenship Question

Law360 (February 13, 2018, 12:58 PM EST) -- A coalition of 19 attorneys general and others urged the U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday to reject the addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 decennial census, arguing it would undermine the accuracy of the population count and violate the census’ obligations under federal law.
