Judge Won't Stall On Penguin's E-Books Arbitration Bid

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday refused Penguin Group (USA) Inc.'s request to wait to rule on its bid to force some private e-books price-fixing claims into arbitration, giving the company until Monday to decide whether to pursue the filing now or withdraw it and risk waiving arbitration rights.
