Mass. Town Seeks Injunction To Halt Tribe's Casino Plans

Law360, New York (July 14, 2015, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The town of Aquinnah, Massachusetts, on Tuesday asked a federal judge to stop a Native American tribe from moving forward with plans to build a gambling project on Martha’s Vineyard, arguing that the project should be stalled until the court makes a final decision about the project.
