Law360, New York (March 8, 2016, 11:15 AM EST) -- A new trend suggests an increasing availability of class actions in construction product defect cases. Or is there really such a movement after all? A recent article in the American Bar Association’s “Under Construction” periodical holds out that there is indeed.
