Toshiba Says ATM Fee Ruling Dooms LCD Antitrust Claims
Toshiba Corp. became the latest electronics component maker Thursday to raise the Ninth Circuit's recent ATM fee antitrust litigation ruling to try to nix claims from companies that bought finished products incorporating allegedly price-fixed parts, arguing the plaintiffs don't have standing to seek damages.
