Sanyo, Others Seek Dismissal Of LCD Antitrust Suit
Sanyo Consumer Electronics Ltd., Toshiba Corp. and other defendants in multidistrict litigation over an alleged price fixing conspiracy argued Thursday that MetroPCS Wireless Inc.'s California complaint should be dismissed because it was filed more than four years after the end of the alleged conspiracy.

Samsung Finalizes Guilty Plea In Tube Cartel Case
A California federal judge accepted Samsung SDI Co. Ltd.'s guilty plea Tuesday in a case alleging a global conspiracy to fix prices on color display tubes used in computer monitors, the first such deal resulting from the government's cartel investigation.
