LG Can't Ditch LCD Claims Despite Alerting DOJ To Scheme
The California federal judge overseeing a multidistrict litigation over an alleged conspiracy to fix prices for liquid crystal display panels ruled Monday that although LG Display Co. Ltd. had reported the scheme to authorities, it couldn't escape claims based on its conduct after the report.
