Kyocera Sues Bankrupt Kodak Over Camera, Printer Patents
Electronics manufacturer Kyocera Corp. launched a patent suit against Eastman Kodak Co. in New York bankruptcy court Friday, claiming Kodak began selling products infringing 15 of its patents after the film company filed for bankruptcy.
