Judge Approves $49M Enviro Clean Up For Eastman Biz Park
Rochester, New York's sprawling Eastman Business Park, where Eastman Kodak Co. made products for decades, will receive environmental remediation under a $49 million deal, approved Tuesday by a New York bankruptcy judge, that also will fund a look at whether the Genesee River also was polluted.
